Morten Paaske Christensen is a chef with an appreciation of the finer culinary details. He imports the absolute best Italian pasta from Piemonte to Copenhagen. The pasta is cooked to perfection using innovative techniques to refine the classic and simple Italian pasta. Morten has lived in Italy and is trained at the Michelin-stared restaurant Formel B and as a chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Alinea in Chicago.
