This year, we are excited to host both Sauna Svala and Heat Harmony, who will offer meditative sessions designed to help you relax and recharge &#8211; perhaps after a refreshing spin on the ice.<\/p>\n<p>The warmth, soothing essential oils, and breathing exercises are supposed to help release to help release tension, reduce stress, and foster inner balance.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/broensskoejtebane.dk\/en\/event\/saunasvala\/\" title=\"Sauna Svala\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\tSauna Svala\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h3>\n<h3>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/broensskoejtebane.dk\/en\/event\/heatharmony\/\" title=\"Heat Harmony\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\tHeat Harmony\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h3>\n<h2>\n\t\tFREE WORKOUT\n\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\tEvery sunday, 10-11 \n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Are you ready to get your heart rate up and start your Sunday with lots of energy? Every Sunday in January, we&#8217;re offering a free workout on our ice rink &#8211; no matter your age or skill level.<\/p>\n<p>Our skilled ice skating coach from TSK Skating Club will guide you through fun and effective exercises to help you get moving.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a great way to boost energy and have fun with the family.
