Pasta La Pasta is run by experienced chef Morten Paaske Christensen, who after several years in Italy has developed a deep love for Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n
He is trained at the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B, has worked as a chef at the 3-star restaurant Alinea in Chicago and has even had the honour of cooking for His Majesty King Frederik X.<\/p>\n
The small pasta shop takes classic and simple Italian pasta to new heights by integrating techniques and knowledge from the Michelin universe.<\/p>\n
Morten imports handmade pasta from a small local family in Piedmont and develops sauces in close collaboration with a skilled chef in Turin.<\/p>\n
