WINTER YOGA
Join us for free winter yoga & mindfulness – our winter edition of the summer’s popular yoga event on the quay.
We gather under the crisp winter sky and find warmth from within through gentle movement, stretching, and deep, mindful breathing.
As always, the yoga is led by Chalotte Fruergaard, who with more than 30 years of teaching experience will guide you safely through a grounding yoga sequence that strengthens the body and creates calm in the mind – perfect for a cold, quiet winter morning.
We provide free tea and coffee for all participants, so you can warm up before or after the session.
OPEN SAUNA & SAUNAGUS
January 24 and 25, 11:00 – 19:15
After a spin on the ice, you can slow down and let your body recharge with a relaxing sauna experience. The perfect balance between activity and recovery in the winter cold. There will be cold showers and ice baths for cooling down. The sauna is free and open to everyone from 11:00 – 17:00. After that, the sauna is reserved for saunagus.

FREE ICE SKATING LESSONS
Thursdays 17:00 – 19:00
Sundays 10:00 – 12:00
Twice a week, we offer free ice skating lessons. The skilled coaches from TSK Skøjteklub will guide you safely through the exercises and share their best tips and tricks, so you can feel confident and get even more enjoyment out of your time on the ice. You are welcome regardless of level.
No registration is required – just show up and find the skating instructor on the ice. He or she will be wearing a jacket with “Skøjtetræner” printed on the back. Participation in the skating lessons is free, but requires that you rent skates or bring your own.
