When winter is at its darkest and the days are short, it becomes even more important to find a moment of peace and presence. That is why we invite you to Winter Yoga & Mindfulness - our winter edition of the popular summer yoga event on the quay.

Join us on Sunday, 11 January and 25 January from 10.00–11.00, where we gather under the crisp winter sky and find warmth from within through gentle movement, stretching and mindful breathing.

The yoga session will, as always, be led by Chalotte Fruergaard, who brings over 30 years of teaching experience and will guide you safely through a grounding sequence that strengthens the body and brings calm to the mind - perfect for a cold and quiet winter morning.

We will be serving free tea and coffee for all participants, so you can warm up before or after the session.

Practical Information

  • The event is free and open to all levels - from complete beginners to experienced yogis.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat.
  • Dress warmly - layers are recommended so you can stay comfortable throughout the session.
